Bubbly Ink is a foam-backed headliner made for repairing old, sagging headliners and for restoration projects. Use it as a backing for automotive or marine fabric and vinyl to create pleating or channeling on motorcycle and marine seating.
A SEW FOAM ALTERNATIVE
Because it is very similar to sew foam, it suits any sewing project that needs a bit of structure: bag interfacing, quilted bags, protective covers for electronic devices and much more.
